40-HR MEDIATED SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE (MSC) TRAINING

40-HR MEDIATED SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE (MSC) TRAINING

DATES:  

September 14-25, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 10 days over two weeks.


COST:

Online via Zoom - link and materials delivered a few days before training


The 40-hour Mediated Settlement Conference (MSC) training program is designed for professionals interested in certifying through the NC Dispute Resolution Commission to mediate Superior Court and workers' compensation claims and focuses on advanced mediation skills specific to the Superior Court arena.


CLE credit provided for attorneys (no additional charge):

24 hours CLE, including 3 ethics, 1 technology, 1 professional well-being

November 9-20, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 10 days over two weeks.

The 40-hour Family Financial Settlement (FFS) mediation training program is designed for professionals interested in certifying through the NC Dispute Resolution Commission to mediate family financial and other divorce-related claims and focuses on advanced mediation skills specific to family law matters.


CLE credit provided for attorneys (no additional charge):

24 hours CLE, including 3 ethics, 1 technology, 1 professional well-being
